Living abroad is exciting — but it can also be challenging.
Maybe you came here hoping for a fresh start, but now face anxiety, emotional stress, or old patterns resurfacing. You might feel overwhelmed, restless, or still searching for your place in this new environment.

I am a licensed psychologist in Germany and Denmark, specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). As a member of the German Psychotherapists Chamber and the Danish Psychological Association, I work with expats, international students, and professionals in Copenhagen and online.

In my practice, you will find a safe, supportive space to find calm, better understand yourself, and discover new ways to cope — all at your own pace and in your preferred language: German or English

I’m continuously improving my Danish especially while living in a Danish speaking family, I happily use it in sessions. If you are a Danish speaking person who is open for switching either to English or to German - maybe you grew up multilingual - feel free to contact me.

If you want to learn more or see if we might be a good fit, feel free to send me a message or book an initial session.
