My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and integrates all three waves:

1st wave: classical behavioral techniques (e.g., exposure, reinforcement)

3rd wave: mindfulness- and acceptance-based approaches (e.g., ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy)
In addition, I use trauma-focused methods like:
